Attorney Marie Morley works diligently to provide compassionate legal representation for clients in all matters relating to family law: divorce; separation; property division; spousal support; child support; custody and visitation; parental alienation; custody evaluations; grandparent visitation; paternity; guardianship and adoptions. Marie also specializes in assisting clients with all estate planning needs including: wills and revocable living trusts; nomination of guardians; durable power of attorney and healthcare directives; probate administration; and conservatorship.
Prior to founding Morley Law Office in 2010, Marie clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth Welch (from 2005-2006) the Presiding Judge of Probate and Juvenile Law Departments of Multnomah County Circuit Court. From 2006 to 2009 Marie worked as a court-appointed attorney providing legal representation for parents and children in Juvenile Dependency cases in Washington County, Oregon. Since making Santa Rosa her home in 2010 - Marie has specialized in Family Law and has expanded her practice to include all aspects of Estate Planning to meet the growing needs of her clients.
Education and Memberships:
- Received her Bachelors of Arts degree in International Relations with a French Language certificate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
- Attended University of San Francisco Law School where she graduated magna cum laude.
- Is a member of both the California Bar and Oregon Bar.
